From the sometimes gloomy, North Easterly seaside town of Hartlepool, Tuckerman (real name Tom Beach) released his debut EP 'The Weekend EP' in December 2010. The collection of short, lo-fi, acoustic demos was hailed by Yellow Peril Records as sounding "completely timeless, having a real fresh quality about them" and "a work of real beauty." Tuckerman doesn't cite any specific influences to his work but is a massive fan of Oasis, The Libertines, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan & Neil Young.
