Once upon a day, while jamming some metal and drinking beers in a less than adequate rehearsal studio, the Freibergs and Eric learned of Byron the Lie's previous years of saxophone playing. Who knew he could doing anything but pinch harmonics? So we came up with a fun idea... "Lets start a ska band!" We all had some nifty ska influences, and it seemed like a good idea at the time, so we went for it. And thus Top Hat Ted was born!
