The Winston Solution

The Winston Solution is the always ongoing pop-project of Erik Jonsson and Jonas Lundvall, started in Göteborg (Sweden) back in 1999 when their old band Odd Man Out was shut down. Over the years, several lo-fi recordings have been made in their home studio PlayNow. The recording techniques and skills have developed over the years, but the do-it-yourself mentality remains; the band has refused every impulse of paying money for studio time. The focus is on writing great pop songs, and the recording quality comes secondary to that.
