The original Kite Flying Society is a Screamo band from Orlando, FL, USA. They released a 7" record and a few CDs on various labels: a self-titled 7", self-titled CD on Goodbye Blue Skies Records, 'Jochem' CD on TwentySeven Records, and most recently, 'A Discography' CD on Init Records. Members are now in Ghost Ship And The Gilded Edges and Cobra Starship among others. In 2006, Init Records released Kite Flying Society's Complete Discography, including demos and live performances.
