The Orange

The Orange is the name of multiple artists. One of these was a mid-eighties band from Dunedin, New Zealand, signed to Flying Nun Records. It notably featured Andrew Brough, best known for his subsequent role in Straitjacket Fits. This particular Orange was short-lived, releasing just one EP, entitled Fruit Salad Lives.. 'The Orange' is also a nickname of Russian musician Vasiliy Dvortsov. Styles of his music are Ambient, Chillout, Deep House, Downtempo, Lounge, Progressive Trance, Trance.
