The Holiday was a pop punk/emo from Memphis, TN. They were active from 1998-2007. Their sound was heavily influenced by bands like Hey Merecedes, The Stryder, My Hotel Year, Foo Fighters. They released all their material via Smith7 Records. Members went on to be in bands like Karma Elektra, While I Breathe, I Hope, Arma Secreta, That Was Then, etc. Another band using the name The Holiday has taken over their former myspace/purevolume pages.
