There are two bands under this title: an American funk band from the 60s/70s and an American rock/soul band from the 00s. **1** Late 60's/Early 70's Funk Band: An excellent bit of funk that sounds a heck of a lot like early Kool & The Gang! It's no surprise, too, because the album was produced by Gene Redd, has a few Kool & The Gang covers (like "Funky Granny" and "Who's Gonna Take the Weight"), and was issued on the related Red Coach label. The
