The Deadpans are, collectively, Thomas Andrews (lead vocals, guitar), Michael Fairchild (vocals, rhythm guitar), Sam Roberts (lead guitar), Barney Bertrand (bass guitar), and Bryan Nichol (drums, percussion). They hail from Eastern Ontario, Canada. In 2008, they recorded their first album, "Ass Over Tea Kettle," at Little Chicago Studios in Smiths Falls, Ontario. The album was released in 2009 and features 14 original tracks. The album blends a variety of musical styles, including folk, alternative country, and indie rock.
