The Cherry Faced Lurchers is a band from South Africa who started as a novelty band. In the 80's the band got a residency at the then-unknown Jameson’s Bar in Commissioner Street in Johannesburg, South Africa. They released an album called 'Live At Jamesons' in 1984. The album appears on South Africa's Rock Lists - Essential SA Albums.
