TEC (often known as TEC Luciano or Luwhop Hussein) is an American underground rapper from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, widely recognized as a self-styled "poetic activist". He gained prominence in the Southern hip-hop scene for his distinct style, claiming to be one of the very first artists from his hometown to heavily integrate Auto-Tune into his music. TEC co-founded the Spider Nation movement alongside fellow Baton Rouge rapper Maine Musik. They released a collaborative mixtape titled Spider Nation in 2017.
