Spork

drummer ed lush and bass player matt chilton formed spork after discovering they were both in fact closet guitarists with a liking for atmospheric space rock. neither of them sing but there’s nothing missing here amongst the venus-bound guitars, glacial rhythms and echoes of early ‘70’s tangerine dream. what’s more the music was recorded without the help of loops or computer editing - for the listener this means all the invisible threads are still intact. spork have effectively created their own kind of man-made machine music.
