At the age of three Ruby Collins knew that singing was her destiny. She performed in church choirs where her musical talents began to reveal themselves. Ruby participated in talent shows landing a spot on Televisions “Showtime at The Apollo.“ Ruby’s dream was short lived when she joined the New York City Police Department in 1995.
