Ritual Chair

Ritual Chair is the experimental music project of Hailey M. Her work combines power electronics/noise music and spoken word, tackling topics such as American rape cultures and "Greek letter" sororities with a mixture of raw confessionalism and bitter irony, at once strikingly vulnerable and deeply self-reflective about the process of detailing such experiences through a noise music industry often as shallow and exploitative as the mainstream cultures it rejects. All of her work is available on Bandcamp, and much of it on cassette.
