There are several artists worlwide named with Retina: 1) Retina is an experimental metal hardcore band from Rostov, Russia. The band Retina was formed in 2006 in Rostov-on-Don by members of Inshade and Rollercoaster. They decided to play heavy, technical yet atmospheric music, drawing influence from bands such as Ion Dissonance, The End, Into the Moat, The Red Chord and others. After several months of rehearsals the band recorded its first demo, consisting of two songs.
