When most people think of Delaware, they think of Scrapple, being the first state to approve the Constitution, or Rehoboth Beach. Raykoa — born Reagan Coder on August 14, 2006, in Felton, Delaware, is aiming to put his own name alongside those staples as one of the state’s most hardworking and resilient emerging artists. Raykoa first stepped into music in 2019 at only 12 years old under the name Lil Soda Vert, releasing his debut single “Use Code BadSoda23,” a fun Fortnite-inspired promo song.
