Radio Raheem refers to four artists: 1) A Brooklyn-based rap group consisting of MC Hypno and Reverend Ruckus. Work on their first album, RADIO RAHEEM IS FUCKING DEAD, has been stalled by both musicians' current death row sentences. 2) Radio Raheem is a Seattle based hip hop/new wave/soul/ band with a new record called Down for the Get Down. Their sound mixes old school hip hop,soul, pop into a high energy jam. They are compared to Fitz and the Tantrums, Sharon Jones and Talking Heads.
