pet yeti is the solo project of Iain Gillespie (they/them), the bassist, vocalist and lyricist of Bears In Trees, previously involved in The November Criminals. Unlike these two bands, pet yeti takes on a more electronic style. In May of 2020, a remix of some new bruises to share by deafpony was released as the b-side on the track’s single. Later, in 2023, they released a plethora of music including popular EP happy birthday anna !!! as well as another EP - the politics of cooking pasta and two singles.
