Parachute Words started as the bedroom recordings of Martino Gasparrini. Inspired by other Bandcamp artists such as Frankie Cosmos, Car Seat Headrest and (Sandy) Alex G he started to release numerous albums onto the platform. Slowly the project developed into a full live band based in London, with Martino on guitar and vocals, Ollie Cox on bass, Tony Lea on guitar and George Barker.
