Love... the greatest feeling of all. In early 2010 founding member Javier Garza began pondering the question "What is love?" Upon asking this, matters of the heart led Javier to endless songwriting and several nights with Ben & Jerry's. It was then that the hopeless romantic decided to form a band of musical bretheran, recruiting drummer Matt Crutcher from the "Casual Encounters" section off Craigslist. With the stars aligned during conception, Painted Blind was born.
