Orippua is a band composed of guitarist Gkong Gkong and bassist/vocalist daD.A. Gkong Gkong is an engineering major, and daD.A. majored in classical music composition. While Rock forms the basis of their music, they incorporate a wide variety of genres such as progressive, pshchedelic, funk, jazz, classical, and world music -- as an expression of a free spirit, not as a pedantic display. As popular music is accompanied by lyrics, they value the truth in narration as much as the music itself.
