OldEric a.k.a. Enrico De Vecchi was born on February 8, 1983 in Venice, Italy. Music has always been part of his life, having formed a strong understanding and appreciation for it even as a young child. While growing up, he studied the piano for nearly 6 years, which formalized his knowledge of music theory. In 2002, he purchased his first computer to start composing his own electronic music. OldEric then started playing out in all known clubs in Venice as a resident.
