OEdipe

Oedipe began his career in Montpellier in 1996 with the following line-up: Bastien on guitar, Laurent on drums, Fred on bass and Maxence on vocals. In 2000, change of singer, and it is Adrien who replaces Maxence. Quickly the group expresses the desire to link hardcore metal and French songs, poetic texts and adrenaline rushes. This is how the term "poetic hardcore" naturally applies to Oedipus . In 2001, the quartet won the 7th springboard for contemporary music and met the collective Rakan .
