Oceans Rise! are a new outfit out of the Tampa Bay area consisting of guys who previously played in metal/hardcore bands and finally "figured it out" (according to their MySpace page). From what I can tell, they 'figured out' the complete antithesis of metal to create nice subdued (primarily) instrumental indie rock that's nice to sit and listen to with your eyes closed (and I mean that in a nice way)
