Neylini, by her real name Liliana Nae, was born on 13th of June 1983 in Giurgiu, Romania. She took singing classes at the Popular School of Art in Bucharest, graduated with A and soon became part of the "Mihaela Runceanu" music club. She studied Internal and International Financial Relations and has a degree in Commercial Affairs Management.
