New York Harp Ensemble

Founded in 1970 by Aristid Von Wurtzler, the ensemble—consisting of 4 harpists—gave thousands of concerts in the United States and in 53 countries all over the world. They played at the White House during 4 different presidential administrations. Aristid Von Wurtzler wrote all of their harp arrangements and made all of their travel plans, so the group went into hiatus with his death in 1997.
