Little Miss Sunshine is a film directed by Jonathan Dayton and Valerie Faris, released august 2006. The music was written primarily by Devotchka and Mychael Danna. It tells the story about a family determined to get their young daughter into the finals of a beauty pageant taking a cross-country trip in their VW bus.
