Per Ebdrup, formerly known as Swing Republic and now under the alias Modal Projekt, is a Danish musician, producer and DJ signed to UK independent record label, Freshly Squeezed. Under Swing Republic, Per fused old records and remixed them with a modern spin, establishing himself as one of the biggest acts in electro swing most noticeably with a hit remix of Beyonce - 'Crazy In Love'. However, Modal Projekt's first EP, '#1 January' marked a change in style.
