Mnemosine 5 is a brazilian improvisation quintet. Formed in second half of 2011, the band evokes various musical elements in your instant compositions created totally free, without predeterminations: jazz phrases, brazilian rhythms,minimalism, psychedelia, harmonic layers between tonal and atonal music, effects of timbre and influences from European free improvisation are some examples.
