Alex Meshkov was born in Smolensk in Russia. Besides being a DJ, he also releases tech-house, techno and house tracks under the name Nooncat. He also is a fashion designer and plastic artist. He is the owner of deep minimal oriented internet radio Deepmix, based in Moscow.
