Mephiztophel is created at the end of the Satanic Year 1993 a.s, when the Colombian Black Metal escene it was more pure and underground (this was a shield for a bunch of bands from that epoch). Two insane minds of perverted thoughts and Mephistophelean philosophy decide to create a mighty storming expression through a Black Metal horde.
