meeko have now renamed 'The Faux' are a 4 piece hardcore punk band that originate from Romsey and the surrounding areas. They started working as a band in 2004 creating a hardcore sound that has a driving rhythm backbone and poetic lyrics. This hardcore sound and electric energy they bring to all of their shows produced a large following of diehard fans. As meeko progress as a band they constantly exceed themselves producing music that increases in complexity and influencing style.
