Maximo Martinez is known for being the lead singer of the Dominican electro-rock bands New Page and Tabu Tek, from 1990-1995 and 1995-present respectively. He has also sung as a solo artist and participated in numerous collaboration albums like "Rock & Jazz : TURISMO Republica Dominicana" and "Roquero Hasta La Tambora".
