There are separate artists known as Maverick: 1) Maverick is two British musicians writing and self producing heavy metal songs One of the musicians also writes classical/orchestral/soundtrack compositions 2) MaveRick is a japanese visual kei metal band now known as EAT YOU ALIVE Since the name change, however, both the music and the image of the band have evolved away from conventional visual kei to alternative metal/nu metal.
