Relatively inactive in the mainstream during the 90s, he has regained popularity with the 2004 album 'Vještina' ('Skill'), composed mainly of covers. Since then, he has well-known as a solo performer and music judge in the music talent show X Factor Adria. Winner of the Porin award for best male vocal performance five times. He has passed away from lung cancer on December 23rd, 2022 in Zagreb.
