Locke: 1) Rapper from Spokane, WA. 2) Harrisburg, PA-based alternative rock band formed in 1999. The brainchild of Christian Chappell (guitar/vocals) and Matt Rockman (guitar), Locke went through many incarnations during its four-year run. Originally, the band featured Brian Wilson (bass) and Matt Shellenhamer (drums).
