Lil' Pigg Penn (Mark Jenkins) is a gangsta rap artist from the southside of Sacramento, CA. He's affiliated with the Creek Mobb. He first appeared as Lil Pig on the song "Survival On The Battlefield" on Gangsta Dre's classic 1995 album "Gang Banging Poetry". He was also the Exectutive producer of this record. In 1997, Lil Pigg Penn released his debut album through Funk Central Records, entitled "The Hogg In Me" & which is a classic with fire slappin beats & lyrics.
