Laurent Cugny

Laurent (Lawrence) Cugny began studying piano at ten years and began playing in garage bands at the age of eighteen years. He began studying economics and decided to devote himself to music. In 1975 he met and played with the multi-instrumentalist Hervé Bourde . In 1979 he joined the training and direct light. The same year he won third prize in piano solo jazz national contest of Defence. He is also interested in cinema , in particular the achievement of short films .
