Ku de Judas hail from Alvalade(Lisbon) and they belonged along with bands like Crise Total,Mata-Ratos,Grito Final to 2nd wave of Portuguese Punk Rock bands,they played a mostly ‘77 inspired sound infused with melodic/sarcastic lyrics and with an ever present social conscience,the main writers/composers in the band were Joao Ribas(tracks mostly(guitarist and main vocals/guitarist when Almendra left the band)) and Fernando Serpa(lyrics Mostly(basist) but sometimes it was the other way around
