Keenthell (Patrick Macaulay Keenan) was born in 1983 and brought up in the countryside of the North East of Scotland. On his way home from a piano lesson at the age of twelve his ears came into contact with the Ganja Kru classic 'Super Sharp Shooter' and from there a deep passion for electronic music of all forms was born. Having worked in a record shop for a couple of years after leaving school he began a music degree at Aberdeen University and alongside his formal studies began writing music at home also.
