Johann Georg Orschler (* around 1698 in Breslau, Principality of Breslau ; † between 1767 and 1770) was a Silesian composer and violinist. Johann Georg Orschler received his first music lessons from Michael Kirsten (1682–1742), the organist at the Magdalenenkirche in Breslau. He found a first job as a page with the music-loving Count Zierotin in Falkenberg in the Principality of Oppeln . This financed him further musical studies, so he received violin lessons from Johann Otto Rosetter (1690-1752)
