JINTAKA is a duo made up of singer Jin Akanishi (赤西仁) and actor Takayuki Yamada (山田孝之). They released their debut single "Choo Choo SHITAIN" on September 21st, 2016. On April fools (4/1) Akanishi and Yamada posted an image of them both in the studio facing the mic, commenting “today we are releasing our new single 「Choo Choo SHITAIN」.” This is a continuation of Akanishi’s April fools joke from 2015, where he commented that he was leaving the group “EXILE”.
