Former front man of The Rave-ups from Pittsburgh, PA is back after a 23 year absence with a fantastic solo album, The Would-Be Plans, produced by Mitch Marine and featuring Brian Whelan, Ted Russell Kamp, Rami Jaffee, Jonathan Clark, Marty Rifkin, Mark Dutton, Jordan Katz, Sarah Taylor and Terry Wilson in addition to Jimmer and Mitch.
