High Quality Kill, also known as HQKILL, is formed by Hrvoje Maretic and Ivan Svoren in 2001. High Quality Kill is a metaphor for "Kvalitetno ubijanje". Band's music is described as POP-METAL, because of many different influences such as Nile, Dillinger Escape Plan, Fall of Troy, Christina Aguilera, Metallica, Slayer, Boyz2Men, Britney Spears, KoRn, Jenna Jameson and Sylvia Saint. The band's performance is recognized as very brutal and full of energy, there is no lack of thrashing and self hurting either.
