Hissing Tiles is a Cincinnati, Ohio-based self-described "noisepunk loudband" with Erik Ziedses des Plantes (Till Plains, WALK) on bass/singing, Michael Squeri (Weakness, Fourth Wife, Self Surgery) on guitar/singing, and Patrick Apfelbeck (Lashes) on drums. The band's initial lineup featured BJ Marsee (Crushed Velvet, White Walls) on drums. Their first recordings included the EPs "Phone Commercial" and "Fake Bulbs" released in 2013 and 2014, respectively.
