Heather Newman

Heather’s journey as a musician began from a very young age. She always had a love of singing and as she grew, that love grew along with her. At the age of 10, she joined the Blues Society of Omaha youth artists program, Blues Ed, as a vocalist. Her band had their first performance on the Playing with Fire Stage in front of over a thousand people. During her time in the Blues Ed program she had the opportunity to support many amazing national and international blues acts such as Corky Siegel
