Guy Friday, born Alex O'Dea, grew up in Taranaki, New Zealand. He is a beatmaker who gets his influences from various underground and old-school Hip-Hop artistes such as; A Tribe Called Quest, De La Soul and KRS-One. He has made a name for himself through word of mouth and aid of other artists, and is always looking to collaberate with other rappers.
