There are at least 3 bands called Guillotines (1) Guillotines: US "Nu-Era Hip-Hop" band signed to Stay Sick Recordings label. They have released a debut EP named “The Killing Season” on 1-18-2019. http://www.facebook.com/pg/guillotinesofficial (2) Guillotines: UK skramz band - they had a song on 'when hearts become magnets' a tape compilation by sly the bear (records). They also have a split floppy disk out with Lost In Bazaar (Turkey). They took a lot of time out in 2010 but are still active now.
