Paul Nash, AKA Gnashism was born and raised in the East End of London (Hackney to be precise), and it was in and around the Hackney Wick industrial estate that he first got a taste for hard techno,gabber and drum and bass that was played at the numerous illigal squat parties held in abandoned warehouses and traveller sites. The dark,nononsense music inspired him to learn the basics of sequencing, using Octamed on his trusted old Amiga 500, he learened the art of sampling
