Glasscutter

Glasscutter is an older pseudonym of independent Seattle-based electro-acoustic artist Josh Landry. He combines electronic instrumentation, found sound and ambience with guitar playing and singing for a sound that is equal parts avant-garde and a blend of more conventional styles ranging from industrial rock to danceable techno to complex orchestrated abstraction. He draws from a wide range of influences including Coil, Nurse With Wound, Claude Debussy
