GimerStick was formed in the late summer of 97 in hopes to reach the youth of their town. The 8 piece Ska/Punk band was a product of a local youth group in the East Wenatchee area in Washington. GimerStick is totally commited to God and his son and savior Jesus Christ. GimerStick had their first concert at a youth group retreat in the fall of '97 and had another in Wenachee the next week which brought in approximatlly 200 people. They are known for throwing various objects into the crowd during their shows such as beach balls
